last month practically set themselves
on fire by exploding their
annuity production in March.
In fact, what’s interesting
is they’ve been using our IRA, CD Holders
and Affluent widows
lists.
A member from Georgia used
our affluent widows list and mailed our
prospect and client
newsletter and received over 14 referrals last
month…Plus doubled his
production in March.
Another member closed a
million dollar annuity sale by doing a mailing
to a list of seniors.
Had another member use our
CD list and increased his production
by $75,000 in annuity sales
in February and $95,000 in annuity
production in March using
our postcards and newsletters.

Here's a great marketing tip
for you that one of my members in
the North East part of the
country has been doing for the
last 6 months.
What he is doing is mailing
out 200 of our lead generating
newsletters every week to a
list of IRA Holders.
And that's just the
beginning...he also makes sure every
prospect and client he comes
in contact with face-to-face every
month receives our monthly
newsletter. He inserts our "Tell a
Friend" form that holds up
to six people that the prospect or
client may want to receive a
free subscription to our monthly
newsletter which is called,
"Smart Money News and Facts You
Should Know." He hand
addresses his return address on the
envelope and puts a 41 cent
stamp on it. Once the client or
prospects sees the stamp
they feel obligated to fill it out the
form.
Here's part of his
presentation. "Mrs. Brown I almost forgot I
wanted to give you copy of
my newsletter this month and I've
also included our 'Tell a
Friend' form for friends of yours who
might want our office to
send them a free subscription to our
Smart Money News. Now if
you have a few minutes you can get
your address book out and
fill this form out and I'll help you.
If she is too busy to write
down the names leave the envelope and
form with her and let her
know you will be looking for the
envelope in a few days."
And here's the kicker...he
told me that he gets about 85% of the
forms back with 3-4 names on
it.
Could
getting referrals be any easier?
Last month he received over
39 referrals from this technique.
Of course you want to call
each prospect and check address and
see if they would be
interested in any additional financial
information. Such as tax
free income, how to get triple
compounding on their money,
how to avoid probate, latest
Medicare changes, etc.
Now I'm from the old sales
school and I would personally take a
copy of the newsletter out
to their house and introduce myself.
I can't trust some
disgruntled postal employee to deliver my
valuable financial
information. I would only do this if it was
close to my office or on the
way to another appointment.
This newsletter can be an
incredible revenue producer!
This member also told me
over the phone that many people go to
his website "Annuity Pro
Web Page and auto responder" and we
drip on them with special
reports.
Again, he has been averaging
an extra $150,000 a month in
annuity production using
this technique. In addition, he
receives 3-4 new prospective
clients everyday for his in-house
list for mailing out our
monthly client newsletter.
