The member who shared this system with me said in one week his marketing assistant booked 21 special mail out reports and after giving six presentations sold over $270,000 in annuities.

What you want to do is find a marketing assistant to call three hours per day and work four days a week.  The goal is for him/her to call 100 people per day who received your postcard.  You can pay this person $10.00 per hour and $25 per sale. Or, better yet when you make $5,000 in commissions from an annuity sale give them a $100 bonus.

The main goal is for the marketing assistant to only find people who are interested in receiving a free report and brochure from your annuity company.  They will not be setting appointments. 

The package you send out should have a cover letter, sample annuity brochure, annuity report and a checklist of what the benefits of annuities are compared to CD’s and Money Market.

Sample Classified AD:  Marketing Assist Wanted for busy marketing office. Must have good phone voice and able to work 15 hours per week.  $10.00 per hour plus bonuses. Call 43576666

Hello, this is Mr./Ms.                                      , isn’t it?

 I’m                                  and am located at                            right here in                                    .  May I have 60 seconds of your time or would you like me to call back?  (Pause for response) Mr./Ms.                                     , Recently (agents name) personal send you a bright colored Pink Postcard titled “How You Can Protect Your Life Savings From Nursing Homes, Medicaid and 3 Ways You can Avoid Probate” It also talked about how you could save up to $3,000 off your current taxes.” We like to help people like yourself reduce income taxes whenever possible and that’s why I’m calling.  If I mailed you a Free Report from (Agents Office) that describes why a tax-deferred annuity is better for you than where you have your savings now, would you read the report? (Pause for a response) Mr./Ms.                                  , should I address the envelope to just you or do you and your husband/wife review everything together?

Mr./Ms.                           , please understand that annuities do differ, and we’ll outline some of the best annuities available today.  I’ll also include in the mailing a “Free Report” called “The Six Biggest Mistakes Retirees Make and How to Avoid Them” I’m sure would benefit you as well

It was our pleasure talking with you earlier this week.  I’ve enclosed some pertinent information I think you will find helpful in making an informed decision helping you reduce your taxes.

If you have a Certificate of Deposit, Money Market Fund, Savings Account, or any other taxable savings vehicle, how would you like to stop paying taxes on the interest until you actually take it out to spend?

Your NET return on these vehicles is drastically reduced by income taxes, even when you leave the interest in the account!  For example, after federal and state income taxes are paid (33% assumed), 5% interest becomes 3.35%, 4% becomes 2.68% and 3.5% is only 2.35% NET!
